Hayden Leach
Operations Manager
Hayden graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in International Business and has been part of the Wes-Tech team for many years. Hayden has experience in leadership and is culture driven. Hayden is a Certified Irrigation Technician and brings a wealth of experience to the team.
Jeff Fisher
Outside Sales
Jeff is CIT certified and comes to Wes-Tech from the field with over two decades of experience in irrigation contracting, golf course construction and gardening. He is a Red Seal Certified horticulturalist and a certified irrigation technician (CIT).
David Schmidt-Schweda
Branch Manager - Langford
David recently graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Service Management. He grew up on Denman Island on a family hazelnut farm. In his free time, David likes to referee soccer. He is also a certified irrigation technician (CIT).
Deanna Beddington
Office Administrator
Deanna is an experienced bookkeeper with deep local roots. She is responsible for the financials at Wes-Tech. She is kept busy by her children and in her spare time, has a passion for horses.
Blaze Gailloux
Design & HR Coordinator
Blaze is a certified irrigation technician with a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management and Leadership. Blaze loves sports and plays both soccer and basketball. In his free time he likes working on woodworking projects.
Alina Golovinova
Customer Service Representative & Marketing
Alina is new to the team and now studying irrigation parts. She
has over 10 years' of versatile experience in international marketing management.
Teigan Seabrook
Branch Manager - Victoria
Teigan grew up in Ontario and spent a lot of time working on a family golf course. He joined our team in 2022 and is a certified irrigation technician
Shelley Brassington
Customer Service Representative
Shelley comes to Wes-Tech from all around the world. Although she is from Saskatchewan, she's lived in Canada, USA, and
Switzerland and has varied life and professional experience. Recently, she's made Victoria her home.

Emily brings a splash of colour along with her professionalism and positive attitude. Did you know her favourite colour is
purple? She is also a certified irrigation technician (CIT).
Cameron Ridgely
Customer Service Representative
Cameron is a University of Victoria graduate and developing both his business and irrigation knowledge here at Wes-Tech.
Clayton Archibald
Customer Service Representative
Clayton is spending time here at Wes-Tech learning about irrigation and customer service before heading back to school for Cybersecurity. Clayton loves basketball and the Legend of Zelda video game series.
Peter Barker
Cashier
Peter is in his final year of studies at the University of Victoria. He recently spent a semester in Japan on a semester long exchange program. When he is not learning about irrigation at Wes-Tech, he enjoys the outdoors.
Sukhmanjot Kharoud
Cashier
Sukhman has recently moved to Victoria from Vancouver after graduating from university. When he's not working here at Wes-Tech, Sukhman has a passion for soccer, football and mountaineering.
Beverly Carter
Marketing Director
Beverly has a thriving practice as a Notary Public after completing her Masters in legal studies and a teaching degree. She has also gained extensive experience in construction as a contractor in Ontario. Beverly's combined experience provides a fresh perspective on the irrigation industry and she is quick to identify industry trends.
Sumo
Head Shop Dog
Sumo has quickly climbed the ladder to success here at Wes-Tech. Currently overseeing all departments, his responsibilities include superstar customer service, meeting with suppliers and designated ball catching.
Abby
Apprentice Shop Dog
Abby is a new addition to the team as a Medium Poodle and she is working to learn the ropes of customer service from Sumo.
