Return policy

Returns or Exchanges (effective June 16, 2021)

Returns must be in resalable condition, be accompanied by the original receipt, and be within 14 calendar days of original purchase. No returns on glue, primer or cut material (pipe, pond liner etc). No returns on product that has been installed. i.e. had water run through it. All Cash Sales Final. Wes-Tech reserves the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee.

Charge/Credit Account Returns

Charge/Credit account returns will be for credit on account only.

Cash Sales Final

Wes-Tech mainly a wholesale business that sells to professional irrigation companies on an account basis. We do sell to the public but carry very little cash and as such are unable to make cash refunds. Cash sales are defined as sales in hard currency and this does not apply to electronic payment (Credit/Debit)

Warranty Claims

Wes-Tech supports Manufacturer Warranties. In all cases these warranties are for manufacturer defects.  The manufacturer warranties vary in both time frame and claim procedures. Wes-tech will endeavour to process your warranty quickly.

COVID 19 Return/Warranty Procedures

All returns will be placed in a plastic bag and labeled with the date of return. The items will be held in quarantine before they are returned to stock/warranty processed.

Account Credits

Credits issued on by Wes-Tech must be used within one year from date of issue.
