Shipping policy
Online Orders - General
- Shipping is available within Canada only.
- Online orders are eligible for shipping as indicated on the website. Note the free shipping threshold may change from time to time for promotions. Criteria to qualify for free shipping may vary. The free shipping rate applicable to each order is the rate on the website at the time the order is placed.
- Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package.
- Shipments must be sent to a valid address with postal code.
- Shipments can be made to P.O. boxes. Canada Post restrictions apply.
- Notification of shipment will be sent when the order is shipped.
- Wes-Tech reserves the right to change shipping methods to meet specific product or destination requirements. Wes-Tech will endeavour to contact the customer if the shipping method changes.
- Once shipments have left our warehouse, Wes-Tech cannot control and takes no responsibility for delays or changes in delivery by the courier/carrier.
- Free shipping thresholds do not apply to clearance or other sale items.
Retail Customer Shipping
- Shipping is available within Canada only.
- Free shipping threshold is $200
- Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package.
- Shipments must be sent to a valid street address with a postal code.
- Shipments to PO Boxes are permitted but shipping method must be Canada Post
- Notification of shipment will be sent when the order is shipped.
- Free shipping thresholds do not apply to clearance or other sale items.
- Local Couriers (ACE Courier) will be used for local delivery
- Local Delivery for awkward items such as lengths of pipe, oversize items, overweight items, artifical turf, turf infill, etc. can be arranged by contacting customer service orders@irrigation.ca
Wholesale Account Shipping
- Shipping is available within Canada only.
- Free shipping threshold outside local delivery area is $500.
- Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package.
- Shipments must be sent to a valid street address with a postal code.
- Shipments to PO Boxes are permitted but shipping method must be Canada Post
- Notification of shipment will be sent when the order is shipped.
- Free shipping thresholds do not apply to clearance or other sale items.
Local Delivery - Wholesale Only
Local Delivery is available in two zones:
- Victoria Municipal Area (VMA):
- Sooke to Sidney.
- Does not include Gulf Islands.
- Southern Vancouver Island (outside VMA):
- Malahat to Parksville.
Gulf Islands are not included in local delivery.
Delivery is $35 or free for wholesale customers with orders over $100.
Delivery in the Victoria Municipal Area (VMA) within 1-2 business days.
Southern Vancouver Island (outside VMA) is on the next scheduled run, within 2-3 business days:
- Irrigation Season (Mar - Oct) Two runs per week during peak season.
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Winter Season (Nov - Feb) One run per week, Thursday.
Shipped Product Returns
Returns for shipped products are at the customer’s cost and must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA). The RMA will confirm the return meets the criteria for return as per our return policy.
Fill out the RMA form online.
Once the return has been approved, the items must be shipped within two weeks and a tracking number sent to orders@irrigation.ca.
Shipped Warranty Returns
For warranty claims and returns purchased and shipped through our online store, please fill out a Return Material Authorization form online to process a warranty claim.
- No return shipping costs will be charged to customers on approved warranty claims.
- Must have an RMA form.

Undelivered Orders
If shipped orders have not arrived around their designated arrival date, you must notify us within 10 days of the order’s original expected delivery date. All orders are assumed to be delivered unless we are notified within 10 days.
