Return Materials Authorization
Complete the form below to request a return. Returns will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
- Enter your order ID and email below to retrieve the order that you want to process for a return.
- Select the product or products you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and in the notes, include any info you want us to know i.e. wrong size, defective etc.
- Please attach a picture of the product so we can ensure the condition of the product. Feel free to also attach pictures if you are returning a product because it doesn't "fix" what you are trying to fix. We'd be happy to see if we can identify what parts you need instead.
- Submit your request. Once we receive your return request, we will confirm that you meet the requirements for a return (see return policy) and if so, you will receive an email confirming your return is approved with instructions on how to proceed.
